"They should never RIFFED/ fired Malcolm Collingwood. He Throughout my 16+ years of working within the IT industry there is no executive that I hold in higher regard than Malcolm. Malcolm is a leader in the true sense of the word. He has the ability to motivate his people while moving the organization to the ultimate business goals"

"Reasonably allocate the work. Don't push particular staff too hard, while others have nothing to do."
