"I worked at Ericsson for over 6 yrs. The work environment changed dramatically since the beginning. Many projects are now managed out of the country and as a result, keeping communication lines open between groups has been challenging due to time and culture differences. I liked working for Ericsson because the opportunity to work with several different groups, supporting different clients simultaneously increased my technical experience and ease of working in front of customers."
