"Close teamwork, changing project assignments. Dynamic structure."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"As a contractor, be wary - they dropped a lot of excellent talent prematurely, and then rehired new (green) candidates immediately thereafter."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"My contract was extended (Nov 2008) for FY 2009, but on Dec 12th the extension was reversed due to financial setbacks the company was then experiencing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve contractor liaison."
