"a few supervisors that think they need to control with an iron fist or are trying to prove something to upper management or a few employees that think they are supervisors and want to give orders to others and report to management any chance they get any thing they see ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"a team that works together as a team will be a better team , treat every one fair , treat them like you want to be treated , compensate workers that perform well , focus on keeping good employees working for the company by offering them better wages and bonuses as opposed to letting them leave in persuit of higher wages ."
