"Not such a great employer to start off with if you are looking for good pay. They started me off at $16/hr as an IT Specialist Junior, when other Juniors here are making about $20+/hr."

"I've worked for Epsilon Marketing as a Dealer Marketing Consultant for over 4 years now and enjoy what I do very much. My co-workers and Clients are great to work with and fun to be around. I've been a top performer for this company month after month and year after year. The compensation is good however I am assigned to only call on one manufacturer and with the company added more field reps my territory has been cut in half from managing over 150 stores to just under 80."

The Texas Workforce Commission did a full investigation (onsite) as to why I was released. They reported my job performance was exceptional and the release had nothing to do with me."

"Make sure you ask about the relationship with the client and ask to meet your team bc the client will be more your supervisor than your actual supervisor."

What don't you like about working at Epsilon?

"The fit with the client was not organized. They were unsure of what our roles were supposed to be and nobody had process guideliness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would hire people that knew the roles of all those involved not just his/her role responsibility and lead the team as a whole."

"Long hours due to understaffed projects and long commute to boring suburb office park."

"Upgrade technology. Better offices close to commuter rail. Hire more people."
