"I worked at Epsilon for 4 years. The most caustic place I’ve ever worked. The marketing department was run by fear and intimidation and even worked people extra hard during the pandemic. And not to accomplish results but so ignorant executives who got their jobs through politics and without any acumen, could impress their bosses. The current president is a loud-mouthed abusive child. Other departments might be different but if you work in marketing run away. Oh unless you like working for a company that has been fined for violating privacy laws and collecting data illegally."

"this company has a lot of pros and cons. epsilon was just recently bought out by a French company called publicis, and ever since then, morale has gone way down. the only good thing that has come from the buy is we now have 15 paid holidays! overall, they have laid off a lot of people and the security of the company is at risk"

"As part of Epsilon Agency Creative Team, I develop integrated advertising and marketing programs for company brands, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, corporate identity, social media. I set the tone for the creative. With my skill level I have great experience in brand development, advertising/marketing, events, and online advertising. I work with the team to build content to support nationwide & global marketing programs."

"Epsilon was just sold recently. It is a mature digital marketing company that has it challenges with getting things done. Regrettably there are so many teams not under one chain of command it makes it difficult to be efficient and effective. . Change is feared instead of embraced."

"Okay company to work for. Pay is very low in my opinion but they have all benefits and 10 paid holidays a year. Other than pay, I am pretty comfortable with this employer."

"Not such a great employer to start off with if you are looking for good pay. They started me off at $16/hr as an IT Specialist Junior, when other Juniors here are making about $20+/hr."
