4.8I was disappointed that I was let go under mutual consent. I took this position by request and not the one I had applied for, because there were no other candidates. The Texas Workforce Commission did a full investigation (onsite) as to why I was released. They reported my job performance was exceptional and the release had nothing to do with me.
2.3I worked at Epsilon for 4 years. The most caustic place I’ve ever worked. The marketing department was run by fear and intimidation and even worked people extra hard during the pandemic. And not to accomplish results but so ignorant executives who got their jobs through politics and without any acumen, could impress their bosses. The current president is a loud-mouthed abusive child. Other departments might be different but if you work in marketing run away. Oh unless you like working for a company that has been fined for violating privacy laws and collecting data illegally.
3.9Okay company to work for. Pay is very low in my opinion but they have all benefits and 10 paid holidays a year. Other than pay, I am pretty comfortable with this employer.
