What do you like about working at Raytheon?
"The support offered by my management in advancing my career and giving me opportunities for better jobs within the company (I started as an electronics assembler and gradually increased my position to environmental coordinator). The support of HR in helping me and paying my tuition to complete my bachelor's degree at UCSB. The positive and encouraging words of co-workers, people from other departments and upper management. The friendship offered by management and the opportunity to return to work with a much better pay after leaving the company for 2 years to complete my bachelor's. The work area, which was excellent for my kids' and my education."
