"very good place to work, I was allowed to trasin my employees properly, I meet some new and interesting people as an environmental coordinator worked with EPA, and OSHA"

"a good place to work, excellent opportunities but the location is bad loseing to much business"
What don't you like about working at GCR Tire Centers?
"I was promised my own store to run, store was in Clearwater Florida, I agreeded to relocate, my manager stopped it so I could stay at his store and remain operating his commercial center"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"be careful what you wish for it may turn around and bit you in the rear end, and lose good people to work for you"

What do you like about working at Raytheon?
"The support offered by my management in advancing my career and giving me opportunities for better jobs within the company (I started as an electronics assembler and gradually increased my position to environmental coordinator). The support of HR in helping me and paying my tuition to complete my bachelor's degree at UCSB. The positive and encouraging words of co-workers, people from other departments and upper management. The friendship offered by management and the opportunity to return to work with a much better pay after leaving the company for 2 years to complete my bachelor's. The opportunity to be part of their safety and emergency response team and the great deal of knowledge and experience that I acquired at work that advanced my career and professional prestige. The work area, which was excellent for my kids' and my education."
What don't you like about working at Raytheon?
"Just the fact that the buildings are surrounded by a fence and guarded, which sometimes gave me the impression that I was going to work in a sort of prison."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For new managers to learn and adopt the management practices of seniors managers and executives."
