"Be respectable to your employees, great communication, screen employees for position, accept people for who they are as long as they can do their jobs."

"I loved the variety and the challenge of getting the work done in a small amount of time."

"Not really. For the Census the process was are you breathing, can you pass the background check and do you want to. Simple but not simple. It wasn't for everyone."

"The rules would change sometimes on an hourly basis but you had to get used to it."

"Make to get re-elected in November 2012. It was a great experience."
