"It's temporary at best"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you're going to go through the expense of training people then make sure you have the work for them to do. I went through 4 full days of paid training and then had assignments over a 3 week period of only about 30 hours of work. Not very cost effective for our government."

"Self-discipline to work on projects."

"Must be a people person."

"Address canvassing / travel in some areas can be dangerous."

"The hand-held GPS / address canvass machine was very beneficial."
