"The company provides lots of opportunities for those that work hard and get ahead. It has a relatively young employee base. That makes it a lot of fun to work there. They provide decent benefits. "Be flexible and adaptive. The company will ask a lot of you. The more you can adapt and overcome those challenges the better rewarded you will be. Emphasize your ability to get things done and you will nail the job."

"Management's goals don't always get translated down properly to the lowest level employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I can't speak about running the entire company due to the diversity of our operations. In my department, I would spend more time evaluating the day to day processes than the current department head. Knowing how things work helps understand what it takes to get the job done. That would influence a lot of my decisions."
