"I didn't like anything about this job other than it looks good on a resume because other employers know that if you can work long hours for little pay you would be able to do anything."

"Don't work here unless you have no other options. There is a small opportunity to advancement. You will not make any money and you will work long hours 45-50 hrs a week. The turnover rate for 1st year employees is 75% for a reason."

"Long hours, little pay, surrounded by unethical people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a work life balance and have promotions on more than just sales. The top sales people were the most unethical but management didn't seem to care as long as they were bringing in extra sales."

"Daily routine could get old and boring very quickly. There wasn't a lot of motivation."

"More training and branch duties to keep their employees on their toes."

"Do not use car preps as drivers/MT's and don't use your MT's as car preps."

"Dont be too nice! Stand up for what you believe in. Dont let bad customers get you down."

"The unprofessional behavior of some of the workers, bad managers' lack of paying attention and not focusing on employees."

"It has been 50/50 with the managers, usually upper management is good, it's branch managers that need some work with people skills and running an office."
