"I enjoyed working for Vanguard, before the merger. With Enterprise, the whole system changed. Things were hectic due to the merger. I assume things will settle down at some point in the next year or so."

"They want younger people, so that they can train and mold them to work in the Enterprise system. Be open and very flexible."

"They have their own system. And they are a huge company. I am sure that their working model will work out at some point."
