"Nothing. Enterprise is a 12 billion company that has this system in for years."

"There are a lot of things I like about Enterprise. The main thing I like is they have an exceptional management training, teaching you to run your own company from the ground up leaving no stone unturned. Everything from accounting, p&l statements, hiring employees, training new employees, sales, marketing, insurance, negotiation, etc."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Tips I have are to be open minded and be ready to learn. There is a lot thrown at a new hire at one time but if you are willing to learn and work then it will be very beneficial in the long run."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"The only thing I do not like about working for Enterprise is the management team if dedicated has to work long after the location closes. So, the 75 to 80 work week gets grueling at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The suggestion I have for management would be stand behind what you tell your employees. Promote your top performers into higher management positions so they can train and pass along their knowledge."

"Bust your butt to become a manager, learn some useful information along the way, get paid a little more and then they look for reasons to demote or fire you. Out with old and in with new! It's cost effective."

"Try not to fire everyone."

"I like the people. I enjoy training people to have the same success that I had as a trainee. We work hard but we play hard too. They have provided me with an experience rich background and opportunities to build my resume with my success, especially at the airport."

"I don't appreciate the work/life balance or the lack of opportunities for advancement."

"Provide work weeks that are less than 60 hours to avoid burnout. Promote based on performance and not seniority."
