"I worked at Enterprise Holdings for just over 8 years. The work was very demanding but usually rewarding. The company really takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. They always said that sales and service go hand-in-hand, but I personally felt that they had difficulty balancing these two facets of the business. One of the great things about Enterprise is that you worked very closely with your direct supervisor, so you never felt like one small person in a grand scheme. You were an important part of a team. With that said, you were expected to work a lot, with very long hours. Personal time never felt like you were actually in your own time. You were expected to dedicate a large portion of your being to the business."

Enterprise provided you with on-site training as well as classroom setting type training. Within a year and a half, I was promoted to Branch Manager was I ran some of the larger locations in our region. Since I was performing at a high level, I was positioned to get promoted to our corporate sales team. There, was when I received more experience in managing and building relationships with clients. I would highly recommend beginning a career with Enterprise."
