"If you want to be in radio its a leader, digital content senior team is amazing! Culture is not really there but if your interested in product that lead is super smart and is doing interesting things"

"I left a very successful and steady position after being recruiting by Entercom for a new project they were starting. Less than a year after starting with them the Covid-19 pandemic hit and they were quick to let me go because of it. I had heard a lot of negative things about Entercom before joining but decided to take the chance anyway. Unfortunately most of the negative opinions were ultimately proven true."

"I worked at Entercom for a little over three years. Working behind the scenes in radio is fun, but there wasn't really anywhere to move upward beyond a certain point unless you became a salesperson or managed to become an on-air personality."

"I've worked with Entercom for over 2 years now, previously CBS Radio for 6 years before the companies merged. The environment is fast paced, detail oriented and ever changing with technology. We strive to be the leaders in audio content."

"I really don't have much to say about them, the company was great when it was under CBS. But when the new company came in they took a lot from how we got the job done. They were asking for more work with fewer tools to get the job done."

"Entercom has a lot of opportunity for improvement. They are a company with a leg up on radio but so many missed opportunities to catch up with the major players. Their policies can be a bit dated. People are usually pretty nice. There is an opportunity to work on the overall morale of the employees."

"Technology has taken a back seat at this company. It is very hard to get technology resources aka a laptop if yours breaks, or if you are a new hire, or enough bandwidth in your email to be able to save the appropriate emails that you need to. Be aware it's not a terrible company they just care mostly about the investors and there is a lot of "old boys club" promotions that happen. If you are good with "ok" and "good enough" this company will be good enough."
