"I’ve worked at Entercom Communications since May 2017, formerly known as CBS Radio. My time at Entercom has been challenging which caused me to build my skills and think outside the box when solving complex issues. I enjoy working on creative campaigns for my clients while also meeting the sales quota for my company, contributing to the bottom line. Overall, I have grown tremendously working here and have developed skills I know I can take with me to any industry."

"Many of the things that are wrong with Entercom bring to mind the phrase "the fish rots from the head". The General Sales Manager is woefully inexperienced for the job title. Having had no experience in radio sales - the GSM provides no training to Account Executives or support staff, is unclear and selective with communication and does not possess adequate leadership skills."

"With the lack of opportunity to advance, and the amount of people let go from this company, it's a desperate option. However, it was a friendly atmosphere and there are a lot of good people, but professionalism is non-existent. Although the company has been good to me, it's always in the back of my mind that I'll one day find my job no longer exists for me. The CEO sends letters quarterly to report earnings, and though revenue is decreasing, he still tries to make an argument for the radio medium. The numbers speak more clearly to me."

"Current and continuing company wide downsizing trend at all locations is not good for one's career."
