Less than a year after starting with them the Covid-19 pandemic hit and they were quick to let me go because of it. "Technology has taken a back seat at this company. It is very hard to get technology resources aka a laptop if yours breaks, or if you are a new hire, or enough bandwidth in your email to be able to save the appropriate emails that you need to. Be aware it's not a terrible company they just care mostly about the investors and there is a lot of "old boys club" promotions that happen. If you are good with "ok" and "good enough" this company will be good enough."

Having had no experience in radio sales - the GSM provides no training to Account Executives or support staff, is unclear and selective with communication and does not possess adequate leadership skills."
