"They are looking for people who are submissive to authority, caring about students, and enthusiastic about the Mormon experience, and familiar with technology."

"The environment is highly authoritarian, and the faculty have very little control."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to be more interactive with the faculty, and they need to surrender some of their power to the faculty."

"This company is poorly managed but it's not entirely the management's fault as they have much to do with government procedures."

"I think they should develop more in the private sector and less in government."
