"We often focus on execution and in general tend toward low-risk low-reward decision making. I would encourage more calculated risk taking."

"Well, at the time there was some limitation to my growth both as an engineer and in the company, so I went out and did it myself and it was a great experience."

"this was a very professional organization... I suspect they need to keep an eye out for the go-getters and let them help grow the company rather than fear their desire to excel"
