"The company treats employees well and the work environment is fantastic. I have never worked a job I did not like and the attitude is positive."

"I suggest to focus on being proactive as opposed to reactive. Not always possible but a good habit to learn."

"The test facility is small and growth is very limited. The next promotion is Plant Manager or relocation to Michigan."

"I focus on doing the right thing for the company and customer. It is sometimes more beneficial to fix what's wrong then, watch the bottom line."

"I enjoy working with the people in the Navy but I am ready for a change of pace and a rewarding career."

"Put your best foot forward and apply yourself, and if it is meant to be it will be."

"The way that business is run. Qualifications are great but they should not be forced on someone who is not ready."

"I don't like the rigidity. It is old school and not modern. Turnover is high, and your boss has been here all his life."

"Come into the future, and make working there appealing for young and smart people."
