"A sea of cubicles. Large numbers of people who walk down hallways and look at the floor. What Do I offend"

"nothing. I just loved working there and the environment was very friendly."

"They should hire more people for their mechanical engineering department."

"The culture was very relaxed and the people there were very willing to take me under their wing and teach me."

"Express your willingness to learn a new industry if you are applying to be an intern."

"There was very little room to advance and move up as the higher level positions were filled by life-time employees who were only in their 40s-50s."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It was hard for me to get in touch with my upper level supervisors at times, but they were still relatively easy to communicate with."
