What do you like about working at Nelco?
"It was a fun atmosphere, and I enjoyed furthering my knowledge on programming at Nelco. The staff was very friendly, and there was always something to do for the company."

"Just be yourself, and be calm and collective during the interview, and you will get a call back immediately."
What don't you like about working at Nelco?
"The work can become repetitive after awhile."

What do you like about working at TRW Automotive?
"I worked with embedded control systems and I find embedded software design very interesting. I was given the responsibility of a junior engineering while being a co-op, this provided me with the opportunity to learn much about the position of a full time design engineer."

"Yes, it helps if you are from Stanford or Cornell. =)"
What don't you like about working at TRW Automotive?
"They are an automotive supplier and because of the depressed economy in the area, the morale at the company was down. They were experiencing rounds of layoffs and many of the employees felt like their future was bleak."

"Listen to the ideas/suggestions of the engineers working on the project."

"The lack of vision over the movement of work and workers. Sometimes things were a mess, some projects got lost or left behind and never completed, and priorities were sometimes difficult to organize."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep management where they're at for a little while. Keep on top of hiring. Make sure projects get completed, in full."
