"Some tips would be to be yourself. Do not try to go over the top to wow them. Show interest in what you enjoy doing and learning."

"There is no room to grow and move up within the company"

"I believe the management was run very well. I would only suggest to have more communication with the men on the floor."

"Somewhat lacking structure and time of upheaval at the company."

"Focus more on specific goals and keep upper management from micromanaging too much."
