"This company appears to be positioned for a buy-out. There is no upward mobility and the reductions in forces are happening with greater frequency. Upper management seem somewhat oblivious to what is actually happening on the ground. And middle management are vying for their own fiefdoms. It just makes for a difficult work environment."
