Encore Nationwide Employee

"For the time I worked on the corporate side for Encore Nationwide, I took a step down and a significant pay cut with the promise of a 40-hour workweek in comparison to the 100 hours per week with my previous company. Less than two months later, the high-season kicked in and 70 plus hours per week became the norm, at times working 12 days in a row when assigned the company emergency phone. If there had been an opportunity for growth and a much better work-life balance, I would still be with them today."

"Takes too long to get paid. Rude responses from employees when inquiring about pay. Also multiple emails/phone calls necessary to receive a reply back."

What don't you like about working at Encore Nationwide?

"They are THE WORST company when it comes to payment. They often times take up to 4 months to pay you for an event. I worked one during Thanks giving day weekend and did not receive pay until the last week of Feb. Only work with them if you are able to wait on a payment for that long."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The bookers are really nice and helpful. Unfortunately it is the accounting dept that takes a really long time to respond to my emails."
