What don't you like about working at E-Myth Worldwide?

"Eight weeks after I arrived, I was asked to take a 10% pay cut because the company was suddenly having cash flow problems. I was hired as part of the management team and the Company represented itself as being financially very healthy. There were 2 sets of layoffs during my tenure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do better cash flow management and be candid with the management team so that constructive steps toward improvement can be taken before having to impose layoffs and pay cuts."
