"High prices, sales person unable to be competitive or earn a decent living. Have to sell $100,000 per month in order to earn $75K. No back up or support for sales force. Constant turnover."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Should be able to offer real sales support to sales team. Create a commission program where the sales team can actually earn a living. If you ask the sales person to bring all their expertise and expenses to the table, make it at least attainable to earn $50,000 a year."

"I enjoyed EVERYTHING, but at the time of my enployment you only advanced if you were like ,not because of ones work habits. hours were beautiful,pay per hour was real good also"

"the fact that I was set up to get fired for stealing, however the very NEXT day it was proven that in FACT I DIDN'T steal anything and I wasn't offered my job back. which I enjoyed more then any job I've ever held before"

"when a person earns employee of the month award that person, don't use it as a motivation tool for the lazy employees"

"Great Management that is willing to teach and help out their sales representatives to help close. Appointment allocation is based off of performance. Quality of the service is the best I've seen in the industry"

"Commission structure was flawed, too much traveling and work hours for too little compensation."
