"DO NOT WORK FOR THEM You are promised 10% commission when in reality, you are paid 4%. It’s 100% commission too. You never know what time you start or end.. you drive all over the place for peanuts. The management hasn’t responded to any of my emails, phone calls, texts in 6 days.. my current manager has created a hostile work environment for me. You are penalized for not closing a sale. They make you feel stupid for asking questions. This job has caused so much stress"

"Empire Today has been providing flooring services for decades. Within the past 10 years, they began to branch out into the commercial flooring installation trade. They have recently begun a concentrated effort to step up their presence in that market but some areas are still lagging."

"Empire has a variety of technology in place that we aren't utilizing properly. It is more reactive to situations and improper planning for IT budgets and staff is a flaw. The team I work with is more than capable of many projects yet aren't utilized to our full potential."
