"DO NOT WORK FOR THEM You are promised 10% commission when in reality, you are paid 4%. It’s 100% commission too. You never know what time you start or end.. you drive all over the place for peanuts. The management hasn’t responded to any of my emails, phone calls, texts in 6 days.. my current manager has created a hostile work environment for me. You are penalized for not closing a sale. They make you feel stupid for asking questions. This job has caused so much stress"

"Decent support from local team. Decent training from corporate. Internal systems and processes need refining. Is challenging to be competitive when you can't drop below certain margins. Only as strong as your installers who are all contractors so if they're good then your job is good but if they're subpar then your job will be subpar and you'll lose the customer whom they're installing. Commission structure makes it difficult to make over $70-75k at most."

"Empire does not know how to manage its IT staff, they stuck 9 of us in a crowded room with very little space to work on workstations and laptops. Users could over hear coworkers speaking to other users. Empire today and Luna just did a merger and they are just firing the people who worked for Luna, the main person that still worked at Luna worked remotely and rarely had integration with our team making supporting the Luna staff terrible. We had no idea what applications they used vs. Empire."

"Company closed our location due to poor local economy and national forecast of recession. I would have liked the company to have more confidence in our ability to manage our location to accomodate the changing economy."

"Put more value into the employees you currently have and work to allow them to develop."
