Managers give solid, effective feedback and *real* performance evaluations, so you should always know where you stand. In most groups, innovation and new ideas are welcomed -- if you can put together a solid plan and show the numbers."

"The social dimension was rather lacking. People work around the clock as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The cubicle environment tends to increase annoyance rather than productivity. I believe that this should be changed somewhat. Also social interaction needs to be improved."
