"Be smart, be nice, be flexible, know and care about DevOps. Also, actual location is Melbourne Australia but the form won't let me enter that."

"Work insufficiently challenging for someone of my skills and experience."

"Nothing, they're not doing anything wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"Just be honest with your current capabilities and present yourself professionally."

What don't you like about working at Merkle?

"The management was hired 2 days ahead of me and could not provide proper training, so I had to learn from other co-workers and by my own trial and error."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a manager that has had experience working with the companies current software, and have knowledge and training capabilities so that new employees have the proper training and guidance."
