I'm on my second manager that simply does not care about my well-being: I have medical issues that make traveling difficult, yet my manager doesn't think twice about booking me for 75% travel. Raises are minuscule and usually swallowed completely by tax hikes. The only upsides to the position is that the majority of my coworkers are great, and that when I'm not traveling I work from home."
