"Initially I enjoyed their constant contact of keeping me informed of team building events."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you have a job already, don't leave it to work for Eliassen Group, they're only loyal to their client even if the client is not honest with Eliassen's consultant. If do not have a job, ensure Eliassen's client is honoring the Work Agreement terms, otherwise begin looking for a new job ASAP!"

What don't you like about working at Eliassen Group?

"Eliassen Group was high pressure to present me to their client, but once on board I realized Eliassen's client was not keeping their promise per the interview. Eliassen did nothing to protect their consultant who had an agreement for 12mth, but it was reduced to 4 weeks. Eiassen encouraged off-site meetings with contractor to obtain internal information about their client, but there was disregard in protecting the consultant's original terms by Eliassen's client."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Place more effort in protecting contractors when an Eliassen's client reneges on a Work Agreement after a consultant starts a job."
