The team was extremely welcoming and helpful and the work was everything I could have hoped for in a summer internship. What do you like about working at Eleven?

"training was very thorough, which gave a good sense of basic store/company operations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviewing is easy, basic, mostly done on the phone because they are too cheap to fly anyone in. Some basic IQ tests are required, easy to pass on a computer."

What don't you like about working at Eleven?

"disorganized, constant cost cutting, equipment to work with was always used and never worked consistently (eg-used laptops). Lots of nepotism, among top executives. Each department worked in a silo with no overall strategy or communication to the field.Most of the employees are miserable and can't wait to leave or retire."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a operations department that vets all emails and combines communications to the field. There's nothing like having every corporate employee email the entire field at $PM Friday to clear off their to do lists. This ensured field level people would be working every Saturday and Sunday to complete work.Also, please do a thorough survey on the field about how corporate employees feel about the support they receive, especially since the giant re-organization in 2011. People are very upset with no 401K contributions, frozen salaries.Lastly, there is NO diversity within this company- this is an old boy's club ."

What do you like about working at Eleven?

"The people, and the clients where very fun and cool. We had a great space and we had lots of fun."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared. It's a great office, but I can see how some would find their interoffice relationships strange. I personally loved it, but I can see how others would not."

What don't you like about working at Eleven?

"Very low PTO, and profits weren't there, so my profit sharing wasn't there. My low salary had been taken on making 50% of 30% of company net profits, but the first year I was there, we were 30k in the hole."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More PTO, and take off the regular holidays. And stay strong, you're going to make it back to black."

"The schedule and work hours, the willingness of others to be helpful and open minded to questions and critiques, the sense of community and family"

"If the accounting center was still around I would encourage people to apply knowing they would be working for a company that believed in diversity and achievement as well as education and advancement."

"I don't like that I don't work there any longer"

"I would have no suggestions for management. They were all very personable, approachable, and knowledgeable."

"They had made so many cut backs that it was dificult to keep up with the job"

"Know how your Dallas managers are dealing with the feild team"
