"training was very thorough, which gave a good sense of basic store/company operations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviewing is easy, basic, mostly done on the phone because they are too cheap to fly anyone in. Some basic IQ tests are required, easy to pass on a computer."

What don't you like about working at Eleven?

"disorganized, constant cost cutting, equipment to work with was always used and never worked consistently (eg-used laptops). Lots of nepotism, among top executives. Each department worked in a silo with no overall strategy or communication to the field.Most of the employees are miserable and can't wait to leave or retire."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a operations department that vets all emails and combines communications to the field. There's nothing like having every corporate employee email the entire field at $PM Friday to clear off their to do lists. This ensured field level people would be working every Saturday and Sunday to complete work.Also, please do a thorough survey on the field about how corporate employees feel about the support they receive, especially since the giant re-organization in 2011. People are very upset with no 401K contributions, frozen salaries.Lastly, there is NO diversity within this company- this is an old boy's club ."
