"I am relied upon for most electrical and control designs and implementation. Nationwide and international travel for project commissioning is exciting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The management team does not have many human relationship skills."
What don't you like about working at VAC-U-MAX?
"We actually have a very poor management team. The owner ids a micromanager and has trained the second line similarly. Though there is an insistence that our products perform satisfactorily, we don't learn from past mistakes. Many designs haphazard and require several revisions rather than having upfront thought and evaluation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Referring to above, the managemnet team should listen to the engineering and manufacturing staff more. Greater appreciation of employees would be beneficial to the overall operation of the company."
What do you like about working at EDAG?
"The new and different challenges that I worked on while I was working at EDAG. I worked on a Sport Hybrid vehicle, the Chrysler's Grand Cherokee SRT, a Patient Diagnostic System. All which were very interesting and challenging to work on."

"Ask if they offer continuing education benefits and what are the advancement opportunities."
What don't you like about working at EDAG?
"There was no room for advancement and they did not encourage continuing your education."

"They need to offer continuing education benefits and more advancement opportunities."
