What do you like about working at Elan?
"The dynamic culture and nature of work where everything can change in a moments notice. Also the people I had the pleasure of working with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is shutting down end of this year. But if it was not, I would say be yourself."
What don't you like about working at Elan?
"The ISO policy which deters you from doing the actual work. Instead, you're doing more documentation of the work. Also the disconnection of the IT leadership team in decision making."

"Put more value in your team in decision making of matters that involves them and immediately impacts."

"I have the opportunity to learn in more areas in this smaller company."

"The IT group are a good and hardworking team, they will appreciate the same from you."

"My brief experience there shows that the employee turnover is quite high"

"Better business and workforce planning. A lot of people got RIF shortly (less than 1/2 yr) after working there."

"Be honest and interested in what they do. MS and Alzheimer's are very serious and tragic conditions."

"The somewhat inflexible system in place that made bringing in new technology difficult."

"Let the scientist and analysts to the science with their skills and allow them to expand into new technology and methods."
