"The company is shutting down end of this year. But if it was not, I would say be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Elan?

"The ISO policy which deters you from doing the actual work. Instead, you're doing more documentation of the work. Also the disconnection of the IT leadership team in decision making."

"Put more value in your team in decision making of matters that involves them and immediately impacts."
