"The people I worked with in the local office were wonderful, but I feel the strategies and tactics were outdated and out of touch. There was a strict adherence to hard numbers and easily quantifiable data rather than what would seem to work best in the long term and in the client's best interests. The tactics were questionable at best back in the early 2000's, and are extremely outdated now. The equipment is slow and the CMS is riddled with bugs. The position was underpaid with very limited benefits, which didn't help with motivation. That said, it does have a very laid back and friendly office environment and the location is great, right downtown, and the hours are very reasonable."
