"Worst job I've ever had"

What do you like about working at eInstruction?

"Pretty much the only thing I enjoyed would be the coworkers. We bonded through the hatred of the company. Every time they did something that showed they don't value their employees, we'd vent with each other. Everyone was searching for new opportunities. It was toxic."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you value your sanity and want to work for a place that you won't dread going to every M-F, chose another company . No matter the location, AZ, OH, international, or the closed MD office, the management is the same. And therein lies the rub."

What don't you like about working at eInstruction?

"The lack of respect management showed for any employee that wasn't an executive. They were sneaky, shady, and untrustworthy. The 'leaders' they chose were not of the proper caliber, save one of the GTCO side. Poor management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As stated by others, treat your employees well, and they will want to do a bang up job for you. Do things like put workers on furlough and make other superfluous purchases, eliminate office cleaning so the place gets a mouse problem and smells dirty, outsource production and sell a inferior product that we are no longer proud to sell... just to name a few.... and you get what you have - an unhappy work staff. Poor moral. High turnover."

"The exposure to learn about a new industry, working with a wonderful group of people and the opportunity to travel to other states and meet with product users"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Company culture is very informal, if you thrive in a rigidly structured environment, this is not a good fit"

"The limitations for professional growth"

"Value all levels of employees"
