"Avery Research Center is poorly managed."

"Not much. There are some good people but most are discouraged due to lack of vision and leadership."

"No leadership. Communication is poor. Standards are low. Low employee morale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need a change starting at the top. A new leader needs to be brought in that understands how to treat people and develop a sense of teamwork and purpose in the facility."

"Stay as far away as you can."
What don't you like about working at Alliance Laundry Systems?
"Their lack of commitment to maintaining forklifts, their lack of commitment to having and enforcing any sort of basic safe work procedures, their culture of production regardless of anything else. Safety and employee well-being have a place in business, but evidently not there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Seriously reexamine your priorities. Better working conditions and improved safety may cost a bit in time and effort, but will quickly result in better production and better products."

"Automotive and Heavy Truck supplier is a very cyclical business, which exerts a lot of stress on management group."

"Difficult industry for employees and families. Be understanding of employee needs outside of the facility."

"The owner was somewhat of a problem in dealing with regulatory bodies and this created an extremely difficult arena to work with the various compliance personell."
