"Medical coverage eligibility was unclear, and there was no available retirement. Rewards for good work were few and far between, and the boss was very harassing in regards to work that he wasn't connecting with. Hardly any constructive criticism in order to improve work. No direction in regards to work flow and concept."

"Create an environment where designers feel creatively free, and remove the mass amounts of negativity!"
