"Care for your people and dont sweat the small stuff."

"IBM has a strong name and looks great on a resume. I make a difference in the relationship between IBM and the client I work with."

"With IBM you should wear a blue suit to the interview."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"I am a contractor with minimal benefits. IBM is very slow in their hiring process. While I work at a manufacturing client, I love manufacturing and am surprised by how much I miss direct involvement in the manufacturing process."

"I am a follower of W. Edwards Deming and statistical management techniques. I believe every manager should be."
