"I like to split my time between creative and organizational tasks. I love having that duality, because when I get stuck on the creative stuff, I can switch gears and do the organizational stuff. Its nice being able to use both sides of my brain."

"I believe in Loving My Job & Company, but I am from the old generation in which the companies use to take care of its employees and treat them like an asset. Unfortunately the situation has changed in the present time; employees are regarded as a number in the organizations & liability."
