"I like to split my time between creative and organizational tasks. I love having that duality, because when I get stuck on the creative stuff, I can switch gears and do the organizational stuff. Its nice being able to use both sides of my brain."

"Spend some time writing out a full description of the ideal candidate. Try to be totally objective about it. What would the company want See things from their perspective. If you were the recruiter, what would the perfect candidate look like"

What don't you like about working at Eccentex?

"Highly dissatisfied when a job has no meaning or purpose to them, provides little opportunity to learn, or leaves them depleted at the end of the work day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe in Loving My Job & Company, but I am from the old generation in which the companies use to take care of its employees and treat them like an asset. Unfortunately the situation has changed in the present time; employees are regarded as a number in the organizations & liability."
