"Ask for as much money upfront, seek to have your benefits start day one, and know that where you enter is where you may remain for years."

What don't you like about working at EBSCO?

"The process of moving a client project from issue or desire to production is slow. I am sure the process provides stability but at present it is causing a perception that no one knows what they are doing and we take to long."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would strive to truly consolidate the different subsidiaries that make EBSCO function. Today there is a great deal of waste when it comes to over all company efficiency."
