"EBSCO is a strong, diversified company with a reputation for putting its customers first. As one of six attorneys in this Fortune 200 company, I have served nearly all of its business units. Each business unit strives to provide excellent service to its customers."
"I worked for the company for 5 years. A solid group of workers, but several top leadership changes over the last 3 years made it difficult for the team to rally and succeed. Lack of knowledge sharing from the top and inability to communicate a company vision with the Managers and their respective teams has created a tense work environment and extremely poor sales results. I am concerned about these divisions' future. No issues at the Corporate level, the challenges reside specifically withing this division."

"The process of moving a client project from issue or desire to production is slow. I am sure the process provides stability but at present it is causing a perception that no one knows what they are doing and we take to long."

"I would strive to truly consolidate the different subsidiaries that make EBSCO function. Today there is a great deal of waste when it comes to over all company efficiency."

"As with many companies, the picture they paint is full-color 4D IMAX theater quality. Remember if it seems too good it probabbly is."

"The idea of teamwork is a great concept but standing alone in a boat in the middle of a lake in the midst of a storm is probably a more accurate description of day-to-day sales."

"Roll up your sleeves, jump in and help out. Lead by example and not by words - exaple speaks louder."
