2.4 I worked for the company for 5 years. A solid group of workers, but several top leadership changes over the last 3 years made it difficult for the team to rally and succeed. Lack of knowledge sharing from the top and inability to communicate a company vision with the Managers and their respective teams has created a tense work environment and extremely poor sales results. I am concerned about these divisions' future. No issues at the Corporate level, the challenges reside specifically withing this division.

2.2 I would strive to truly consolidate the different subsidiaries that make EBSCO function. Today there is a great deal of waste when it comes to over all company efficiency.
