"Eaton was a nice place to gain experience as a young college student."

What do you like about working at Eaton?

"The company was understanding of my school schedule. Very good pay as an intern."

What don't you like about working at Eaton?

"Micro-management from the top down. Ran the company in the ground, but the union didn't help either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the people under them manage their team and step in when necessary."
